Keflavíkurflugvöllur is simply the Icelandic translation of Keflavik (International) Airport. It seems to be the general practice to treat airports as a separate city, regardless where they are located, so your city should be renamed to "Keflavíkurflugvöllur / Keflavík International Airport". Some notes from Keflavik should be moved here as well, at least this one.

The Brussels-Capital Region does not belong to any province, is not a province, and does not contain any.

It's just a generalization, EBT isn't Wikipedia Apparently it was decided that calling everything the same as majority is preferable to just calling it unit or something. Capital territories like in Belgium are a typical example - Mexico, USA, Brazil, Australia (+Northern T.), Argentina, ... Then Canada with 10 provinces and 3 territories. Not every country is as colourful as Russia with 6 types of "federal subjects" or China with 4 types.
