Hello, anybody knows if it is possible to get Austrian 2€ commemorative coins at face value in Oesterreichische Nationalbank in Vienna? My parents are there on holiday and I don't want to make them go before knowing for sure that they're available. Thank you!

in the city center. (for a non-customer of course, i've only french cards).
