You need an appointment though.
However, you can go there any time on that day. You don't necessarily have to stick to the given hour.

This was a nice
surprise! I haven't been to Austria in a few years, and even my last passage through Germany has been from before I received and released this note into the wild, so it got to the banks of the Donau all by itself!
