Good job, thanks.
Just three remarks:
- You didn't update the
on the table (should be U013I1 at the moment).
- I would welcome some graphical way to distinguish the highest possible from the highest so far.
- I don't understand why some codes are in bold. Can you explain, please?

If the shortcode is bold, its the highest plate from this printer (no matter which denomination).

Take for example the ES2
on the table. Almost all codes there end in J6, which is the last possible plate position. The highest code for Greek notes, though, is Y002J4. This is not the last possible position, (In fact, for this combination, it's also J6.)
I would find it useful to see a distinction between the J6 ones (you can go higher only if you find a new plate) from the J4 (you may find a higher code from the same plate). A way of doing this (probably not the best you can think of):

Plainevaux ... a little bit earlier than you (05/06/2017)
