Can someone advise me anout Tenerife?
https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/profile/ ... tab=5&rc=0
Do I really have to take notice of all these small places within Santiago del Teide? Or is entering Santiago del Teide the way to go instead of entering in Playa de la Arena or Puerto de Santiago?

The official name is Busdongo de Arbas as indicated in the INE:
https://www.ine.es/nomen2/index.do
while its entrance sign is simply displayed as Busdongo:

Accents are used in Spanish to accentuate words and it is a very long and extensive topic to explain.
The rules of the accents can be found on the next page (in Spanish:
https://www.lenguaje.com/reglasV2/acentos.html)
Nor forget that in Spain there are other languages such as Catalan, Galician, Basque, etc. that have their own spelling rules.

Yes, noticed. Neighbouring Casares de Arbás had a town pannel with accent, though. Perhaps a difference in preference? Between Leonese dialect and 'proper' Castilian? Whatever, it's probably for the best that all Busdongos are merged into one profile...

They are already in one profile and without the accent.
Thank You Akai for all your information and for the link with the official names.
Concerning that link Casares de Arbás is official with an accent

Sorry, i write in english :
A french newspaper (le Parisien) has made (with me) a coverage of the EuroBillTracker Hobby.
The result is a great amount of new french users, and a lot of new registered banknotes
Please, EBTers from Spain, feel free to contact your newspapers , and feel free to show them this Youtube video , and this reportage , and maybe they will be interested by making their own reportage in their own language ...
Link to the Youtube video :

Muchas gracias.
Perhaps some Spanish users have contacts with the Press there, and perhaps it could be possible to make a similar reportage in Spanish language. In February, in France, thousands of new users registered and started to participate...

Hi, as far as I know all Spanish banks charge Spaniards when withdrawing money abroad so I would say the converse thing should also happen. In any case, contact your bank for better info and - as always - avoid the Euronet and CashZone ATMs you see in touristy areas.
I've seen that you are now bill tracking around the San Sebastián area, since I come from that place you can write me a PM if you need any recommendations.
Have a safe, nice trip

Hello friends,
I project to spend a week in Tenerife.
I don't know if there are active EBTers there, i've seen that some finnish EBTers have moved from Finland, and live now in the Canary Islands, but apparently no active user.
Do you know EBT people living there ?
If it's possible, i'd love to meet EBTers there.
Feel free to send me PM.
Many thanks.
