Elmo, I'd love to know. Is it EB9916, EB9956, EB9996?
(If none of this, than it's a new scheme too.)

Great find then, congratulations!
(I was afraid it could have just been a typo, because there are
F012C5/N5321 too. Also, because I found out you had done a similar mistake before.

I thought that the rules were that one should not publish full serial numbers.
I'd advise you to hide the last digits of the serial number (e.g. putting a coin over the numbers) so that only the first important numbers are visible

.

Congratulation on your great find and thanks for reporting. That plate has been found mainly in Finland so far (and a few in Germany) but hadn't been reported / confirmed yet.
However,
please do not post complete serial numbers again, ever.
As GWR7007 said, the rules are clear: do not post complete serial numbers.
If a serial number becomes public (just like this one now) it will be reported and included in the Public Serial account. This way, if there's a hit with that serial number, it will be considered uninteresting (because any faker can enter it now), and it will not be in your hit list (unless the other EBTor happens to be in the forum, and complains, and then proves with a photo that he really has the note—all this together is very unlikely and I can't remember ever having happened before).
