I don't believe you, there are surely rules in the Finnish language that apply to exactly one word, and that is the same as an irregular word
the word "to be" for example has irregular forms

olla - pelata - ajella ("to be" - "to play" - "to drive around without a meaningful destination")
olen - pelaan - ajelen
olet - pelaat - ajelet
on - pelaa - ajelee
olemme - pelaamme - ajelemme
olette - pelaatte - ajelette
ovat - pelaavat - ajelevat
ole - pelaa - ajele
oleminen - pelaaminen - ajeleminen

Yes, the singular third person form of word olla ("to be") doesn't follow a logic used by other words. Therefore, it is deemed to be.. Irregular.
I would, however, argue that Finnish has precisely one irregular verb

The point is that I read this information:

The central bank of Slovenia introduced the new 20 euro banknote today morning (Tue Apr 01, 2008) as the first euro banknote of the new series. Other countries will follow later this year.


- letter H in the series number
- date of issue 8.10.2007
- sign of the guverner of Bank of Slovenia along with the sign of Mr. Trichet. All new banknotes will bear the sign of country's central bank guverner together with ECB president's sign in the new series.
- The word EURO is written in all european languages and scripts, even in bulgarian, although this country hasn't accepted euro yet.

Of course it is, it's even in the Banka Slovenije's website.
Though that information is incomplete: those notes will also have Duisenberg's signature and the word "euro" in Hebrew and Esperanto.
