I don´t say that I´ve got the solution.
In the Netherlands, the names of the towns, cities are not changing if they go to an other Municipalities. addresses and postcodes are also staying the same. People are entering in on the name of the town, city where they found the notes. EBT has a level for Municipalities for the Netherlands.
If the town/city is moving to an other Municipality, the one person has only to move the town/city to the other Municipality



BTW: I think I found Seutukunta 71 in EBT South Eastern Pirkanmaa / Kaakkois-Pirkanmaa

Yesterday, I came here, tried to solve the missing dot but realized that Wroclaw 53-633 already had coordinates. I assumed that someone else had done it just before me. I actually checked the coordinates on the map and it seemed about right, but I didn't bother double-checking it.

It turns out that those coordinates were probably assigned some time ago, and they were indeed a little bit off, enough to place this location on the wrong dot to the West. That is why we *saw* the dot—the wrong dot in fact, but we didn't realize it.

I reassigned coordinates, so it should be fixed now.

Actually, I didn't assign the exact coordinates provided by negative. Instead, I checked at PostCodeDatabase, mapped all 5 streets referred as belonging to 53-633, and guesstimated the center of this area. These are the coords I finally used: 51.124, 17.014.

Hmmm… Which Kaufland have you visited? If I got it right, the coords you're giving are for Kaufland Legniczka, which is 54-204, not 52-204 (although it probably says so in receipts).

According to both Google Maps—which has been increasingly more accurate with postal codes—and PostCodeDatabase, 54-204 is on that "empty" dot you show (where Popowice station lies); 52-204, on the other hand, is on the Southern outskirts of Wrocław, on Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej.

So it seems that you have to change your entry to 54-204.

I changed it to 54-204 and it was ok for couple of days, but now I see it has disappeared again

Seems like either I made a mistake at the time (and I have no idea why it was shown correctly), or someone moved the grid just a tiny little bit further north…

Here it goes again. I believe it's solved now. Well… for now, a least.
