Petite réactualisation du classement où l'on s'aperçoit que le coût moyen du hit en France continue de baisser :
- baisse d'environ 3 000 € sur le coût moyen sur les 4 dernières années
- baisse d'environ 1 500 € sur le coût moyen sur les 2 dernières années

le rythme est régulier
