Got this last night,probably from a student. It could have come from any part of the country,and was a bit worn.
I am guessing that it is a misprint,and if so ,is it worth above face value?

I don't know how these printers are set up.
And I don't know why they would use a T010 plate when so
few notes are being printed.
Is it possible for someone with a bad hangover to use T010 instead
of T001 ?
