S031A1 found today in Tellaro.

(FYI - I've had a bundle of about 30 UNC 20s I got from my bank about a month ago and I still have about 10 of them leftover.
After seeing this post, and simply out of curiosity I checked them, and they are Uxx691 U029s too, so this plate is at least one month old.
It looks like Greece is getting only U 20s now - it has been so for some time - they are everywhere, so according to this logic an even higher plate may already be here. I just do not come in here or observe my notes as I used to.)

Strangest thing is that it isn't mentioned at http://liste.eurobillets.free.fr/ yet, but I used a special pen and didn't give a grey mark to indicate that is suspect. So I give it the benefit of the doubt.

And some new combinations popped up in 2019 like T, W and Y (no one claimed the record until now for this combination !)
