This will probably be changed in the next few days.

You're probably on Windows, right? All the browsers on my Mac select only the word, not the space following the word. Opera and Safari on Windows also only select the word. MSIE and Firefox select the word and the space by default. If you're using Firefox, change the
layout.word_select.eat_space_to_next_word preference setting to false to select only the word. Failing that, please file a bug to
phpBB's bug tracker so they can figure out a workaround.
as I find it very useful to select a word together with the space, I will not change it. I will ask the guys if they can use the Wikipedia way, where a click on a button puts the tags only around the word, even if the space is selected

A curious things happened several times, i did what eddydevries suggested so i just left a space behind the flags and it worked quite well. The problem was that when i made the preview, it didn`t kept as i did it ... the space disapeared
Very weird ...

---> how it stands without the space

---> how it stands with the space (was ok before the preview, after the preview the space disapeared, the flag vanished and the link remained)

so if you write
Code: Select all
:flag-pt:
and hit preview, you see the correct flag in the previewed message, but the text box already contains the altered code that does not work. So you have to hit submit without previewing

Yes, i´ve seen that it works, but once you edit again it will disapear
Anyway the point #12 from the Netiquette says " Use the preview button before posting "
i just want to report since obviously or there is a bug or i´m forgetting to check some new box somewhere

With answering to someone's questions, I ran into a "problem".
Now you can't "quote-in-quote" more than three times.
But sometimes you need all of it to give an understandable answer.
Is it possible to extend the number of possible quotes?

I noticed that you got a warning when somebody replies quicker than you. Very good feature!

It's five now, I hope that's enough for the most of you.

Yeah! You could put that after some posts that are using too many different smilies

What I also noticed and where I´m glad about too:
The markings of "unreaded posts" stay, if you log out. (I´m at a cyber-café this month, so I don´t have the time to read all the posts)
So the next time you´re on-line, you can continue with where you left off.
The last version, they would all marked as "readed" (so, even if you didn´t

).
