But it's very simple to understand.
The goal is to make 86400 posts in 86400 different timestamps (as long as hours, minutes and seconds are concerned).
Maybe in a few decades we will have a winner. I have made my contribution.

I "hate" it when users spent more time on the forum than entering (bank)notes. You want hits; than you have to work for it.

The forum has no mention of seconds. How are you so sure that you have that particular second as mentioned in the first post.

Maybe we don't have 200 notes to register every day.
Maybe we don't "want" hits that badly.
Maybe we are just happy to track the few notes we get.
Maybe we like to follow notes that we naturally get instead of changing hundreds of :note-5:s for :note-500:s and vice-versa.
Maybe we just like to have an active community.
Maybe we just like to increase our post count by taking part in these games.
Who knows?

Because the forum does have mention of seconds. You can see it explained a couple of pages back.

And this is my second contribution to the game. We are 0,0012% closer to the objective of 86400 posts.
