I'll be there.
It's my first International EBTM. I've attended some national ones.
I'd love to know what are the organizers' plans. Where are the meetings and when? Couldn't find it on any topic, apart from the post written for the candidacy. The Italian forum doesn't have a topic on this meeting either, does it?
I'm thinking of going by plane, most likely to Milan or Bergamo, and then rent a car. I would love to buy the plane tickets asap. Are there any plans for Friday?

The exact meeting schedule will be posted soon, you can book your ticket
No plans for Friday but seems there will be some users in Bologna so we could organize an unofficial pre-meeting

My vacation has been approved, so I will definitely be there.
I'll arrive Friday morning, stay through the whole meeting, and hopefully will travel with ewri and sharatan to San Marino on Monday.
