On monday we drove by car to San Marino and on the way back stopped at the racetrack in Imola(could'nt help myself ) were I was a bit dissapointed because there were old ferrari's doing fast laps but by the time I got out of the car to get some pictures they stopped.

One our ago, I arrived back home from Italy (after I stayed one night in Frankfurt)

So I thought, "finally a day without eurobilltrackers around me" , and guess whom I met when I went to breakfast in my hostel in Frankfurt... eddie_devries!

By having a little chat during breakfast we did that way the last after-meeting .

Now I continue to be unhappy that I'm not in Italy any more....

I arrived home last Thursday in the afternoon and had a lot to do besides EBT-related chores, but now I have finally managed to register all the notes I found in Italy, in a well-planned 4x4 dots square

It was not easy to cope with the tight schedules of the Bologna meeting, because we (my friend Ana and I) were supposed to meet up with our couchsurfing host in the outskirts of the town just between the afternoon guided tour and dinner. Of course, even with our wonderful Michelin map, it wasn't easy to find our host's place, then it wouldn't be polite to stay there just for a few minutes, and then it wasn't easy to find our way back to Bologna again (and it wasn't that easy to find the restaurant, because I had left my notes on how to reach it in my bag in our host's apartament...)

Then, we weren't at all ready for such an early meeting in the following morning in Ferrara, plus it was raining cats and dogs. So we decided to go for lunch. And we did. But we couldn't find Ferrara's center, and the sms I sent to ravestorm was never answered. When we finally managed to park and sat on a café to eat something and have a coffee, we realized it would be too strenuous to keep on looking for the rest of the group. So we stayed ther on the main piazza. Sipping a coffee on an esplanade we spotted the group again. We decided then to finish our coffee and meet the ebtists again. That's when the group split up. Only the Slovenians came inside the piazza. We still met them up (and that's when we realized the rest of the group were still proceding on the guided tour), changed some banknotes and left to Bologna to have a proper dinner.

All in all, I only had the time to speak at a reasonable length to three fellow ebtists: ravestorm, Burky and claudio vda. Not even Schlauchen or Avij, with whom I would like to have talked about EBT matters. Nor with old fellows such as N0W1K or Annie_in_exile, or almost any of the other people who were there.

Next time I promise I'll find the time to be with the folks.
