Some local guy at the international airport in Sri Lanka asked to change some Euro coins into notes. One of the coins was a 50c from Estonia

I spent a day in Estonia recently and came back with a few Estonian coins and a some Finnish ones. One Estonian of each denomination went into my collection(I still don't have 1 or 20 cent). The ferries do have an impact on the distribution. I took half of the "surplus" Estonian coins to Berlin this weekend. None came back with me. Some will have been spent at Kadewe and some of it at S-Bahn Zoologischer Garten.

With just three days in eurozone, got my first Estonian coin - 5 cents as a change on the train.

Now let see how long it will take the Estonians to find some Latvian euro coins
Which other countries' euro coins are you noticing in circulation?

also this year in Latvia personally already observed 5c

Probably Latvian coins will be quite common in Estonia, like a Estonian in Latvia

I'd say already around 20% of change I get is in foreign coins, they are from all over EU - I've certainly seen Estonia, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Finland.
But that's only logical - also I spent the spare euro coins I had left with from different trips.

And here we are - have a full set of Estonian coins.

Still, can't say that I see them that often - German, Spanish, Italian coins are way more common.
