BTW, I have read this morning that the iranian parlement is going to vote a law, in which it is said that Iran will now sell its oil in euros!
The lack of confidence in the US dollar will increase as long as this conflict is ruining the US economy...

Iraq, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela have already switched their economy from US$ to € ... It looks like the "Axis of Evil"...

China and Russia have already started to sell their US$ (in the banking reserves) to Euros.

And Romano Prodi has asked to Vladimir Poutine to charge the european countries in euros, no more in dollars.

Wasn't that one of John S.'s theories?
We should all be careful not to develop conspiration theories. In fact, we can watch right now the consequences of a conjuration theory, and European history (particularly German) contains some disastrous examples for conjuration theories as well.

We shouldn't be careful creating conspiration theories, we should be careful believing them!
It's good to think how things could be, when you make enough scenarios one of them is correct. I also find it exciting to theorize on things like this, for example.

That is great news ... If the US invades Iran next, this would proove that the theory is right :oops: bit cynical

At least, we still think ... I like to think about stuff that can never be proven ... I think it would be wrong not to think about what the masterplan could be, or maybe there is no masterplan, but that would be a bit hard to believe, ...., after all, there are think tanks in the pentagon, the white house and the cia, I assume they serve a purpose ... furthermore, the Wolfowitz doctrine has been made public 10 years ago ... so it is no big secret

"The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Gordon Brown, is expected to signal that he is not ready to take the UK into the euro when he delivers his Budget on Wednesday, according to reports."

-> http://www.euobserver.com/index.phtml?sid=9&aid=10840

Sweden will have the euro before Britain, I guess...
