Usually 2 hours, 3 hours is absolutely the maximum.

I spend up to 10 hours a day at my computer. On average, it would be around 7 to 8 hours, I think. All work and no play. I make subtitles for TV programmes, and I have to use my computer to do so.

As someone said earlier: 'But I never watch TV'

Well, here goes a change of mind: (well, actually it is an update)

I usually have to study with the computer
I sometimes have lectures with the computer
Whenever I introduce notes or visit the EBTF, I switch on my computer

...

So... Now I feel I spend half of the day in fromt of a computer Not good

3 and more often the double when im not hunting notes

2/(200 to 250) = 28 to 36 seconds ... + Non EBT-time

Excluding work hours, I easily spend more than 3 hours in front of my computer at home.
