Congratulations Lisbon !

We would like to thank the Maribor team for coming up with a proposal for the winter meeting in Maribor. Hopefully we'll have an international meeting in Maribor some day

Now comes the hard part of it. I hope my fellow hosts and I will be able to deliver as promised (which is in fact nothing less than a new standard for future EBT Meetings; I'm really scared, to be honest).

I'll try to meet my co-hosts online this week so that we can start working already on the definitive schedule of activities and on the game. We might consider opening a poll with two eligible dates (15/16 or 22/23). Instead, we might set the date to 15/16 without opening a poll.

Slowly, we will keep everyone informed of our plans on a new thread still to be created. On that same thread, we will want to know who's coming.

Thanks to everyone who voted for Lisbon.

Now, I hope some of Maribor's voters can still attend the meeting in Lisbon. In particular, I'd love to meet the organizers of Maribor's candidature (LonaPo, N€mo, gergapsek) in Lisbon next March. I also wish Maribor can reapply next Summer or Winter and I'll be most glad to attend if I can!

Congratulation Lisbon, and a big thank you for the team of Maribor for their application and i really hope, you candidate again!

No matter for which method you decide, but please, fix the date as soon as possible - at least at end of November!

If so, he maybe meant "This weekend", so he can only come the weekend of 15/16 March (and can't come the weekend of 22/23 March).

"The weekend" means 15/16 March (date posted before), other weekend = No MiIes in Lisbon

Sure. This would be the only timeframe Maribor is interesting in summer, but isn't the summer meeting to be held in August?
