We don't have that old buses in Finland. And for decades haven't we had any trolleybuses.

Yes, it is St. Petersburg. Lovely city, truly the Venice of the North, the city with the most beautiful and worst buildings at the same time.

The church itself is Saint Isaac's Cathedral. (Like Dakkus already mentioned...)
