It's cheap going to places.
And if you can somehow get to Germany, then you can get a "happy weekend ticket" that costs 30€ and lets you travel as much as you want to travel with Regional Express and Regional Bahn trains ;)
If you are a student, getting to the German border shouldn't really cost anything.
Of course the best way is to hitchhike, works well in the Netherlands ;)

Then get an accommodation from www.hospitalityclub.org .

Travelling is really a lot easier and cheaper than you think ;)
The only real problem is convincing someone to join you on your trip :)

To be honest, I have no idea...

Gibraltar (and the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Falkland Islands, etc.) are all self-governing, I think, but that is only to a certain point... as they remain dependancies of the UK. Strictly speaking, I do not need a passport to enter Gibraltar, although I think it's recommended even if arriving directly from the UK. However, the UK is described as "the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" and I would say that Gibraltar is not part of Great Britain.... but then on the other hand, the international car registration symbol is GBZ, and sportsmen from Gibraltar / Jersey / Guernsey / Isle of Man routinely represent Great Britain (except in the Commonwealth Games)...

So.... I think it's possible to argue a case for both sides....

It always looked for me like a nice team, the poor brother of Manchester (as Atletico here in Madrid, although I'm a Real Madrid fan, and partner).
I also liked a player that was there some years ago... Paulo César Wanchope, you might know him. But finally it got my heart when Steve McManaman (really a God among Real Madrid fans, a beautiful person although he did almost nothing here) went there... But the thing is that almost all the rest of clubs in England don't look likeable to me (especially the big clubs such as Utd, Chelsea or Arsenal...)

OK, and here it ends the soccer parenthesis of the forum, let's go on talking about countries...
