I found two bills registered in Macedonia:

Novi Sad is in Serbia. :-)

I doubt that Overijse is in Albania.

It should be in Belgium or in the Netherlands...

Accra is the capital of Ghana (in Africa).
I guess this person has put Bosnia because Ghana is not in the list...

To me this looks like typing errors.
If you forget to specify a country, you get the first in the list - Albania.
Belgium and Bosnia are neighbors in the alphabetic country list. They are easily confused if you use a wheel mouse while a drop-down list is still open.
My proposal: Correct "Albanian" notes if post code and city fit to a place outside Albania. Also correct if the country fits better to an alphabetic neighbor.

Maybe he got that sickness like the guy in the movie Memento. So he doesn't remember anything what he has done 10 mins ago and keeps inserting the same note all over again. :D :D :D

Perhaps these bills are new, so the serials are almost the same, so perhaps these notes are real!

If they are 50E notes, it's possible. Belgian 50 E T003 notes are from the pooling system so they can pop out everywhere; even as consecutive notes.
