Heh, at least I know what newspaper never to read. I live among the crazies sceptics of Germany, and I think I would have heard if that was done by more than 0,001% of the population

Hello!
For all the people who collect Euro
coins this may be interesting for you.
http://www.easy-petition.com/euromonaco/
The begining is in french, but the translation is something like this:
This petition will be passed on in the Governance of the Principality of Monaco, to protest against the disregard of the amateur numismatists further to the change of distribution of coins and exhorbitants price rates of the coins and BU.This petition protests on behalf of the Principality of Monaco:
- To return to the former system of distribution by the Museum of Stamps Moneys
- The increase of the quantity of the edition of the commemorative coins to 60 000 copies.
- A purchase price of these coins and Bu in correspondence with the principality of San Marino and the Vatican City.
By your reading and so that this petition is of use to something, please put the link in the forums European numismatists. Any remark considered interesting will be completed to the petition.
Thank you
After that, if you click on "
Ajouter votre signature" which means "add your signature" you will be asked for:
Votre nom, prénom ou les deux : = your name, surname or both
Votre adresse mail (ne sera pas affichée) : = your e-mail
Votre pays : your country
Commentaire : comments
What do you think about it? It may be reasonable, I think.

Yeah! you're wright. But I prefer EBT!!!! It is VERY much better than the Australian version. This site seems to be
death compared to EBT! Moreover: When I registered, I went to the forum to say something like "Hi! I just come here! I'm a new one!" but I found that the newest message was posted the week before or so...
EBT is much bigger (well... Europe has much more inhabitants than Australia

)

Mmmm... I think the Telegraph wrote that "
because we have an empty space, Germany is far away, British people are eurosceptics, so... let's write it!"
It cannot be a serious new

if someone will know that X, S, V, U mean Germany, Italy, ecc or he will became an eurobilltracker or he will forgot this soon

And besides, thinking of for example the P/P notes distributed in Finland, it's a bit stupid seeing a direct connection between the letter and the country anyway

and very few people know that the letter before the serial number is related to a particular country.
