Interesting. There weren't any
since the Duisenberg era - except the F/S
printed in Austria for Italy (by the way: does anyone know why this was done? Heavy workload in Rome at that time?)
Austria is responsible for producing
in 2020, so they should have Lagarde signature...
As it is unlikely that the Draghi signature was a mistake, I can think of two possibilities:
1) They printed some of the 2020 production already last year in order to evenly spread the workload
2) we have something similar as back then with the
F/S
any other possibilities?
