And to make things even more complicated, these 'Finnish' €100 bills are in
fact Luxembourgian €100 bills, since Luxembourg - together with Italy and
Austria - got the order to print €100 bills this year. But as we all know, Luxem-
bourg doesn't print its own bills. This year Finland was the lucky country to
produce Luxembourgs €100 bills.

though, they're reusing the F002 shortcode,
and to complicate matters they're not starting cleanly with the next highest easily recognizable serial number, which would have been N**02 - there's some N**01 as well, as you can see in the pics:

I believe these bills are bills from Slovenia. When you look at the list of
entered Austrian twentiers you see that many of these bills are being entered
in Slovenia. Are there any Slovenian users who can confirm this?
@klapotec: it isn't that strange you already found about 20 Austrian Trichet
twentiers, since you live close to Slovenia anyway.

That is correct Elmo! Slovenia got nearly all its notes from Austria (35%) and Germany (30%). About 60% of all 20 eur notes are Trichet notes and 35% of them are Austrian.
