Don't you know that Dutch kids learn English at age 9/10, French at 12/13 and German 13/14 and the good ones Spanish around age 15/16??

Do u know that this is the difference between an european country and a country who is so far from europe sometimes like italy where almost nobody speaks 2 languages and english level is so bad?
