I remember this song... More than twenty years ago. I think I still have this album somewhere in my parents attic. :lol:

You're kidding me! I went through the list of all the languages and I forgot ENGLISH? I sometimes feel I speak more English than I do Dutch!

:)

I can also say 'feck' or 'fook' - depending on the region. And I can suggest someone kiss my backside: Póg mo thóin! However I can't say "I'm an apple". (unless you count my horrible fake Irish accent...)

PS I can't remember what this means, but I'm sure it's rude... This friend has a list of Irish swear words!

Is úl me = I am an apple in Irish.

Focáil Leat - I guess this is a play on words. Focáil = word (but it sounds a bit like another english word), and leat = you. "Word you"?

Would you believe I got those from an angelic looking 17 year old girl? She's got long blond hair and everything!

I suspect focáil is used because it sounds like that other word... I think the biggest Dutch forum is called fok! ;)

Androl, I think Asiamaniac said he was going to write it in Bahasa Indonesia.

Oh my God! Just listened to it. And how it has caused consequences on you, Dakkus. How came that in Brussels you have sent a leaf of paper around, where everybody should write "I am an apple" in other languages?

NOW I understand that image!! When I first saw it (without knowing about the song), I thought: what the hell?? :lol: :lol:

BTW, in portuguese, it would be:

Olen Omena = Eu sou uma maçã (Olen = Eu sou, Omena = maçã)
Pyöreä = Redonda
punainen = Vermelha

Olen pyöreä omena = Eu sou uma maçã redonda.
Olen punainen omena = Eu sou uma maçã vermelha.

(in portuguese the adjectives are normally used after the noun)

BTW, it's a great song... :P
