You are probably referring to 07400 Alcúdia (whose coordinates are also known to the database with postal codes 07410). Other known places named Alcúdia (or similar) have the postal codes 03829, 04276, 12222, 46690, 46250; if you entered an unknown combination, the system will guess the location as mean of these places. Perhaps it's also a matter of the accented ú.
With the introduction of the new city data structures (expected soon) these guesses will become substantially smarter. If you wish to have the problem resolved earlier, e.g., by having your entries edited suitably, contact support with more detailed information.

If you've entered a location which doesn't yet exist in our database, we must enter the coordinates manually. Volunteers are automatically notified of this and add the coordinates as soon as possible. The dot is shown on the map immediately after that.
However, in preparation of the aforementioned re-organisation of the system of coordinates (and city rankings, by the way), the administrative tool has been temporarily disabled so that the answer at this very moment is: Nobody.
