As stated earlier, I've acquired the Croatian 2€ commemorative coin. Got it directly from the central bank for face value back in September.

Couldn't find any local sources (only saw 250k total mintage), but If those numbers are correct, this means only 20% of announced mintage has actually been put into circulation. Howewer, many of those 20% circulation pieces were acquired by various resellers (even in rolls, despite a limit of five coins per person!) which means this coin is extremely unlikely to be found in circulation even in Croatia.

Yes, proof coins were issued later (and have already been sold out), they are not included in the 250k mintage.

Here is a photo of the coin posted earlier in the other topic. Didn't want to multipost so I hadn't reported it here, not sure where to report 2€ CC coins because they can fit multiple topics.

That is not really finding it in circulation, is it now? Which is what these topics actually deal with, reporting coins you found when receiving some cash change somewhere. You bought it at face value.

I mean, I acquired one myself, but as that means I didnt find it in circulation I didn't report it.

For Tvx1 : Answer to your (false) affirmation here - I take another example in another year with the same answer for a typically same kind of question.
For Montgomery Burns : post here all coins (normal and 2€ CC) only found as circulated coins in normal conditions - not buy / send / trade - Thanks !

Hvala garfieldHR for your answer but as posted hereabove, only coins (normal AND CC) found as circulated coins will be posted on each "Year's" threads. So, if you find again a 2€ CC in circulated conditions, I will be glad to post your findings in the summary table
