We don't have to arrange an hotel or something, so we can wait to decide. But don't worry, we won't wait until the last day to let you know

Which weekend will it been hold?

11-12-13 August or 25-26-27 August? (Both weekends are mentioned in this topic).

Is there a scedule of the meeting or are the meetings each year on the same way? (This will be my first meeting, so I don't know what we are going to do).

The meeting is gonna be held 25-26-27th of August. Behind the scenes we are quite busy with organizing a good plan, this will be released soon. We just hope you have trust in us and in a nice day/weekend. So it would be nice to have new members visiting the international meeting. Only two months left and our yearly official EBTmeeting is there again. I'm glad to see that Nerzhul is also coming to our yearly gathering. Together with Avij, the two most important persons of EBT are there.

UPDATE: OK, now I also have booked plane tickets and a place to stay. So I'll be in Amsterdam then. I'm not sure about the friday programme (maybe at a later hour) but I'll definitely be there on saturday and sunday.
