What`s wrong whit this hit. I don`t know Whan San and any Leo. Is it too nice hit?

What's wrong about the location when Whan San got this note in Dubai ?

And in finnish forum Whan San explained that he didn't know before the trip the guy from who he got the bill. So he got the bill to his hands in Dubai so I think that's the correct location, right?

sorry guys or we speak seriously or we speak about women cards or other (and enjoy it!!! ): I can't go in Africa or in Asia and when I arrive in Africa or Asia ask notes to my wife, friends and put this as location!!!! if we want put fake locality this is first method. You have to find notes in Africa or Asia going in bank or in shop-exchange..easy do it!!! Extreme example I am an astronaut I go to the moon and I put moon as locality of the notes of my colleagues??
Come back at the example up: may be this note is come back in Finland because Leo didn't spent it in Emirates so if became a triple is a triple with Emirates only because the note has breathed the air of Emirates? Sorry but this, in my opinion, is not follow the rules.

This once again proves to me that it is better not to enter any comment when entering notes from abroad.

First it was not his wife or friend.

Second the only thing you will achieve is, that users will not write comments any more, because they get accused to be fakers!

Third: if he got this note in Dubai and spent it at home, that will be also "not the way we play the game" for you.

...yes...we have many Pinco in EBT..who invent notes..who invent locality..who make friendly hits who exchange notes...I am very frustrated after the answers of Star and Ergo.

I see that the hit now is not in Emirates, luckily somebody else thinks like me!!!

So should he ask where x got this bill? was it from an atm or maybe a shop, airport, gas station, kiosk, ticket office or maybe he just found it from street. Airport, hometown, on his way to the airport.

Important is not if was a friend or not, Important is that the notes come from Finland and not found in Emirates...so put Helsinky where probably they took the plane...sure the error in KM is less than put Emirates!!!!...and we can avoid to have hit like this

I think it is not important, how many km the hit has. More important is to enter the town you got the note or you are shure the note was before (airplane, train).

But maybe you can convince the board, that they should make a new rule, that every user must not enter a note, which he got outside the EU (or the Euro-Region)

If you travel to Vietnam from Italy, ask a note to a German guy in the group, what do you put, then? It happende to me: travelled from Portugal to Libya, asked a note from a Spanish guy and didn't register it just because I missed the serial number (I spent the note in Egypt), but I would surely register it in Libya.

I always follow the rules: register the note on the location I acquired it.

Why the *** not? It's where YOU get the note and that IS the main rule. If you KNOW that it's form someone having travelled with you from wherever, then that's something else, but if it's from some other tourist...

Presidente, i respect your way you do it, but your opinion to enter a note, where it come from and not where you got it, makes another problem!

I know some users do it in this way, but i for myself follow just the rules. And since there is no way to proof location faking (except for one case) it is just a matter of trust. And that is the difference for note faking, where we try to verify the fact of inventing serials!
