Apparently, France is correct. I incorrectly assumed that E was Slovakia, because of the serial number starting with E. However, with the Europa-series, the serial number says nothing about the country anymore. The shortcode indicates the printer (E = Oberthur, France), and the starting letter of the serial number is just a random letter.

The shortcode still tells where the note is printed. Some letters have been re-assigned. For the Europa-notes the serial number always starts with the same letter as the shortcode (and is not random), so the note has been printed for [put in a country] has no meaning any more.

My Europa- are being stigmatized as bad notes for having a bad year '2014'.

I did expect problems like unknown signature but 'bad year' was for me absolutely the last thing to expect.

Probably it can not accept the new 10s yet. Let's be patient, I am sure it takes some hard work to do it. Plus, we still do not know what has been released and when. Just saw, my first Y001 today, so far they were all Y002.

I'm switching DNS providers and dserrano5.es is down ATM.

Forgive me for this post, probably we just have to wait a bit more, but I have noticed that in the huge table of dserrano statistics (mine is here) new italian are "bad notes" and there is not the italian flag, while for example for new E/E there is not this problem (I have checked in some huge tables of big users ). Same problem in the plate bingo: just Italy misses its flag, while all new printers of new have just been added (for example U001 which doesn't exist for EU has been added in the column of U while for Italy there are still two columns!). Why this discrimination?

I'll try to take a look next weekend.

Also, EBTST will probably be down due to a change in hosting provider. The length of the downtime depends on the time each user gets visibility of the new IP address in their DNS.

To me, it looks like the new Europa tenners are not recognized with a proper signature (we can safely assume they are Draghi). Therefore they are filtered out of at least the combinations statistics, maybe more.
Also, I don't understand why the Plate Bingo now has three columns for E and P. I would expect two (2002 and Europa).
