I guess public servants from all around the World must get special training sessions for stating unrealistic stupidities. And I would even further guess that these special trainings are organized by the World Specialists for narrow-minded public servants, who obviously are French...

Next time tell him/her to pi$$ off, they say that but very often they quickly give out very dirty/written upon notes. Just look at a note I got yesterday from a Bank in my town-->>Image I URL it and put it along others :note-5: 's and change then for :note-20: at my local BP station

I'm not sure what you're getting at here, but I handle quite a lot of notes in Ireland and I don't think they're (on average) any better or worse than anywhere else. Though on rare occasions I do get notes that are in spectacularly awful condition.
