But he never sayed that the others work with im.

If he work on a Restaurant or in similar place it will be dificult to do that.
But they are good sugestions.

If he received the notes at work, it seems quite clear to me that the other user must have been there to, otherwise I can't make up another suggestion why they are all friendly hits.
Perhaps it's a lunchroom?
