Most probably some of those Saudi IP addresses have ended up to the ban list due to abuse. I think, the parameter after "user:", "city:", etc. needs some masking.
Note:
"user:", "city:", etc., are all depending on the selected language on the website, in"user:" becomes "Benutzer:"
