It's another H**003, like my previous one.
Found in San Giovanni in Persiceto, near Bologna.

On the 23th of June I found in Santarem another H note it is a E004 H**007 I have 11 H bills so far

For me it's not such a surprise. I used to know a lot of Poles (mostly students) that regulary traveled from Poland (Silesia) to Slovenia and vice versa. Probabily this is still going on.

On the other hand there is a big possibillity that Slovenian notes you've found came from Slovakia as they are pooling notes there. But I can't be sure unless you tell me digits on positions 3-5 (H**???).

I received a lot of E/H in Slovakia (july-august this year)

Yes, but I don't know how relevant it is. Because from these notes

E004 H**01 - 66 ( 2, 64)

The 5th digit is all numbers between 2 and 8
