I've made a better dot check using 'paint'. You can tick the dots you've counted so you doesn't count twice or forget some ... I have 89 dots at the moment

Today, I was been able to add 2 more dots in The Netherlands. So I'm on 91 dots now

61 (4-digit) zipcode zones in Portugal (12,1% of all Portuguese zipcode zones)
55 localities (cities, towns, villages)
35 different concelhos (municipalities) (11,4% of all Portuguese municipalities)
11 distritos (LAU level 1) (55%).

but how do I see that it is the only one? that would have taken too much time
