. Maybe the note had been in money exchange place, for example, in Turkey?

i been stamping the website on haf of the ... non local

( v/v n/n s/s ) for weeks now wich must go over 2000 notes by now and taking the extra effort to spread them at counters and cashiers so they aint deposited to a bank to fast .

none became a hit so far , stamping these new ones is more tricky and only works at the back however no one seems to be taking notice of it

I do also stamp more than half of my notes.
Europabills are coated with something against dirtyness, but if you let them overnight, and specially in winter, on a warm heating, they dry well.
Stamping on printed areas is completely useless. For Europas, always on the white area, on the reverse, above the serialnumber for one simple reason: there isn't any safety measure like watermarks, flourescent ink or microprintings.
My stamp goes diagonally along Europe's map for the old banknotes.
