Re: "Europa": 2nd series of euro banknotes
Another issue is: will polymer bills survive the current - and justified - anti-plastic crusade? I mean, obviously it's not an object that people throw away willingly, but it's still a plastic object that can end up in the seas, and there are billions of notes in the world...
As strange as it would be going backwards for those who already use it, it could happen.

Re: New long codes
I'll add these to the system when I'm back from work this evening, you should then be able to enter them tomorrow (after maybe clearing your browser cache).saturnpro17 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 4:23 pm Hello,

I have three questions:
Could you please confirm the following suppositions
Is UM1 = position B2 ?
Is UN7 = position I2 ?
Is UR9 = position D5 ?
Thanks!

The printer Chamalières went from the first numbering UA0 = A1 to UF3 = I6 (U**00 to U**99) to the second numbering UM0 = A1 to UT3 = I6, passing over the logically expected sequence G H I J K L...
The printer certainly wanted to avoid the confusion of the letter I with the number 1, in the same way that he avoided using the letters O and Q in this new numbering.

When entering bills, cells are still colored in red background, but I was able to record them.g.s.51 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 04, 2021 10:34 pm The printer Chamalières went from the first numbering UA0 = A1 to UF3 = I6 (U**00 to U**99) to the second numbering UM0 = A1 to UT3 = I6, passing over the logically expected sequence G H I J K L...

While we are still waiting for
R/R to appear, Bundesdruckerei (R) also tenders printing ink for
https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTIC ... HTML&src=0
So, either the 2021 contract for the
orderered by DE, LV, LT is split in two batches, one half is printed by
E (already entering circulation), the other half will be printed by
R
or they already got a contract for 2022 from Germany and/or JET Group (NL etc.)
Unfortunately no tenders for actual printing contracts are being published right now (or I just didn't find them...)

Hello all,
A friend just found a new UT bill, with short code U040H6. He cannot enter it on EBT (it seems to be possible from UM to US but not for UT.)
Could you help him please?
His username is cacique63.
Thanks a lot for your support

Re: "Europa": 2nd series of euro banknotes
this should already be possible - your friend needs to either clear his browser cache, or try although the serial number stays red - the system should accept the bill; if it still doesn't work, he should file a support request with the exact serial number so we can check what's wrongsaturnpro17 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 29, 2021 10:49 am Hello all,

Re: "Europa": 2nd series of euro banknotes
this has been possible for a few weeks now; if you're sure you haven't made a typo, please send a mail with photo of printer code and serial number to contact@eurobilltracker.com
