I'm wondering whether it's more effective to try and get a 50 or 100 euro note and use that to get change.. cause I haven't done that yet...
So far I get 10's and 20's from atm's, exchange money, get change etc.. I haven't even seen a 50 or 100 note yet.

no, no particular trend of increased prices of products here.
A couple of services have been rounded up to the nearest.
People have the mentality that the coins are worth practically nothing (Because they are much less than our old money) so they are not making any fuss on coins.
Malta and Cyprus were the only currencies (If I remember correctly) 1 lira in the old currency was worth more than 1 EURO.
