though I've got some organizing problems at work, there is a possibility that I can turn up, at least for Friday/Saturday...

Just paid for my tickets. So I will be at Ljubljana on Friday 11.20 AM and flight back to Helsinki leaves on Sunday 7.30 PM. See You there!

I'll be in Slovenia during the meeting (all weekend), but I'm still working on the accommodation side of the trip. There'll be plenty of time to visit Austria too.

The deadline for the registration it is really near. We will need to know how many of us will be there (specially for Friday and Saturday), because we have to rent a ship
and we have to reserve the restaurant and the bus
Don't worry the cost will be low.
So, if you didn't decide yet, plz do it soon and let us know when (if) are you coming.

Please list me as "not sure yet". I've recently adopted a dog and arranging his care in August isn't too easy. If everything goes well and the current plan goes through, I'll be in Ljubljana from Friday to Sunday but it's not 100 % sure yet. (Have booked the flights and accomodation - now it's just the dog hotel that needs to be confirmed. Still waiting on 7/7.)
