I had the same problem yesterday but it righted itself today so perhaps if you wait until tomorrow and download your csv file perhaps it will right itself for you.Jackgaillard wrote:problem whith NIG (v1.84)this morning trying to process Travel stats

I use Windows 7. Win7 uses the UAC (e.g. File and Registry Virtualization). This means, if a program seems to write to c:\Program Files, it really writes to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files. Maybe this is your problem. Try putting NIG and the csv-files into the folder c:\nig (own folder) and create a new nig_settings.dat (rename the old one).jucro wrote:I tried it, but still same error. Didn't try it yet on another pc.Jackgaillard wrote:try thisjucro wrote:NIG is still not working with meI've installed version 1.84 and still get error message "Access violation at address 0042DE7F in module 'nig.exe'. That's BBCode for the forum.jonman wrote:is that because the program is not yet developed that far or do you have any suggestions about how to improve the reading flow (i hope that's an understandable english word)
You can publish your statitstics in the "POST HERE YOUR STATISTICS" Thread.CarlosManta wrote:That's BBCode for the forum.jonman wrote:is that because the program is not yet developed that far or do you have any suggestions about how to improve the reading flow (i hope that's an understandable english word)
Just copy+paste into e.g. the test forum section and you can have a more readable flow.
And the name of this folder is "[your EBT user ID]_statistics". (E.g. for me: 127507_statistics)kettenseger wrote:You can publish your statitstics in the "POST HERE YOUR STATISTICS" Thread.CarlosManta wrote:That's BBCode for the forum.jonman wrote:is that because the program is not yet developed that far or do you have any suggestions about how to improve the reading flow (i hope that's an understandable english word)

NIG generates also HTML files, which you can read with your browser.
The html files are in an folder in the nig folder.
