Do higher serial number replace the lower existing ones?
(I think I had a
D002E4 that was replaced with a higher serial number)

F4 is possible?!?! And in spite of
N the number allocation isn't the usual Austrian one (otherwise the short code could be checked and the serial number should be N47..), so please publish the first three digits. Thnx
