The first is the banknotenumber in EBT.
Second is 1 (no hit), 2 (hit) or 3 (3 users have entered the same note) or higher (depends on how many users have entered it).
The third has to do with the second. If the second is a 2 (so a hit), than 0 (is interesting hit) or 1 (moderated hit, so not interesting).
For example:
5;2002;P****0651***;jumbo;2006-02-21 21:30:23;Groningen;Netherlands;9727;G007H1;14669826;2;1;53.2017;6.5549
5;2002;M****6131***;jumbo;2006-02-21 21:30:23;Groningen;Netherlands;9727;U003G3;14669827;2;0;53.2017;6.5549
5;2002;X****2454***;jumbo;2006-02-21 21:30:23;Groningen;Netherlands;9727;P003E1;14669828;2;1;53.2017;6.5549
5;2002;P****4506***;jumbo;2006-02-21 21:30:23;Groningen;Netherlands;9727;G007A6;14669829;2;1;53.2017;6.5549

The second banknote is interesting (only because it is a banknote from Portugal) and has a ;2;0;. The other 4 are moderated and have a ;2;1;.
Fourth and fifth has to do with coordinates on the map. My Groningen coordinates were 53.2017 (north and south) and 6.5549 (west and east). A minus (-) is left of Greenwich and the other - is southern part of the world.
And that 53.2017 and 6.5549 is here:
