Just have a look at Ebay. There you can buy relatively cheap and it's reliable. I bought a lot of commemoratives via Ebay.

But you need to pay with visa or something like that... isn't it? that's why I can't aford it... I am only a student and I don't earn money (I always ask my parents to lend me see their "new" banknotes )

Depends on the seller. Some will accept plain regular bank transfers, others would like you to use PayPal ... Now whether you actually need a credit card for PayPal or not, I don't know. (I have one, but I don't think it is required.) You could also check out swapping sites such as Euroswapper if you primarily want to exchange euro coins instead of buying them.

The ebay users are individuals. Everyone decides himself, how he wants the transaction to be made. Just go and place the bids, unless the person's explicitly said he wants the transaction to happen in a way you are unable to use.

Jes, this depends. Some users accept cash payments, some don't. I always bought them via a normal bank transfer and this does not cost you more. Within to weeks, as soon as the seller has received the payment, the coins will be dropped in your mailbox. It's very easy and relatively fair trade...
