This is what your FAQ for users says. Isn't this a problem for both sites, as userdata has obviously been transferred from one site to another without consent of the registered users ???

Yes, you're right, it's indeed a problem. It's a problem for me because I have not authorized copying the data to a new database, and it's a problem for .com because they're using a database that was obtained illegally.
