Welcome to the civilized world!

Yes, around the world it's very common to have internet access in bars, restaurants etc.
Also for me that that "advance in technology" was strange as I'm also used to Italy and the stupid Decreto Pisanu that requires a copy of the ID for wireless access.

If somebody is a student, Faculty-University worker ..., could be a Eduroam member and:

So, students, University members ..., ask your LAN administrators about Eduroam and ask them for your personally Eduroam username and password

Here in Maribor this works fine und it can be used in faculties or their nearness

Sorry but I maybe will have a N95 8GB and it has got wi-fi .
Where can I get information about that WLAN ? I 'd like to know if it's free or else ! Thanks

Don't worry. Here in Ljubljana you will have both possibbiltys. It will be on you to choose which one.
