In order to become a member of the Association Européenne des EuroBillTrackers you should:
Fulfill the requirements of Article 5 of the Statutes: in other words, you should register at least one bill on the website http://www.eurobilltracker.com and pay your annual fee (10€).
For paying the annual fee of 10€ you have the following possibilities:

Papparainen haluaisi (no kuka nyt ei ) Selvät suomenkieliset ohjeet miten maksaa vuotuinen jäsenmaksu. Pankin kautta ja seteleitä kirjeessä lähetellen. Molempi parempi Sitte kunnostaudutaan joukolla maksamaan tuo jäsenmaksu. Vajaa euro kuukautta kohti ja sillee....

Papparainen would like (well who does not now) clear instructions in Finnish how to pay an annual membership fee. Through the bank and the bank notes send by mail . You would be better than both " kunnostaudutaan " ( is it a name ? ) will pay a set subscription fee. Barely a euro per month, and stuff ....

With both of them it is better (~"Doppelt hält besser". Stoopid inglish!). Then we'll show our best as a group and pay that membership fee. A bit less than an euro per month and stuff..."
