Hey,

The date for the Winter EBTM09 - Bologna+Ferrara is set: it's 28.3. - 29.3. Plan your holidays accordingly. In this thread you can tell us if you are joining us or tell the world that you can't make it.

It's important for the organisers to let them know if you will participate all the weekend or just a part of it. Please post this also in this thread!

Deadline for registering is January 18th 2009

If you are coming with non-EBT-members please include them in your post.
If you are a minor (below 18 years), tell us which adult will be guiding you with parental approval. Minors without guidance are not allowed.

why is the deadline for registering fixed on January 18, 2008 for a meeting to be hold on March 28-29 ?

If I happen to be in Italy by that time i could take my decision later on...

By the way, March 28-29 does not sound winter anymore... It's more a spring meeting...

try Brussels Airlines, they have daily non-stop service.
