Are already Notes from Slovakia (Letter E before the Serial) in circulation?

No, they are not. Slovak national bank has borrowed banknotes from Austrian national bank to get over first days with euro. It's because Slovakia doesn't have a company which prints banknotes.

As far as I know, this is not completely true. New Euro countries start printing notes the year after they join. The first Slovenian notes (printed by a French company, printer E) showed up in 2008. This year we will expect Maltese and Cypriot notes (printed by G, if I am correct).
